Owner Mario Fava conceived the dining experience known as Chat 19 American Grill with one simple goal in mind: satisfying the appetites of each and every one of our guests. Established in 2004, our spacious location offers our patrons a newly remodeled  large dining room , a beautiful fully stocked bar with an award winning Martini List, flat screen Plasma TV’s and an 80 inch HD Projection Screen to watch big sporting events.
